Are you a subscriber and see blocked content?


Sorry about that! But, we already have a solution!


Please follow the steps below.


For Android Tablet and Smartphone users:

1. Uninstall the Planet Kids application.

2. Reinstall the Planet Kids app in the Play Store.

You can also use this link for the mobile app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.18moons.planetkids

or Android TV: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.18moons.planetkidstv

3. Open the Planet Kids app and try to access some blocked content.

4. When you see this screen, click "Are you a subscriber?" and login.


For iOS users (iPhone and iPad):

1. Uninstall the Planet Kids application.

2. Reinstall the Planet Kids application in the App Store.

You can also use this link: https://itunes.apple.com/ and look for Planet Kids to install the application

3. Open the Planet Kids app and try to access some blocked content.

4. When you see this screen, touch "Are you already a subscriber?" and login.


For Android TVs or TV users connected by LG:

1. Press "Log Out" to exit your account.

2. Click "Are you a subscriber?" and log in again.


Everything should work normally now!
